This notice explains how information is used when you request the Trading Creator Scaling Blueprint or book a Consulting Call through the Create and Leverage funnel. Create and Leverage is a creator partnership initiative for SPIKE.
Information you provide
The blueprint form asks for your first name, email address, Instagram handle, phone number and whether you have or plan to build a trading brand. The booking page also asks about your social profile, audience, current offers and goals. Please do not include account passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in free-text answers.
Why we use this information
- To provide the blueprint you request and send its download link by email.
- To review your creator profile and respond to your enquiry about a possible commercial partnership with SPIKE.
- To arrange and prepare your Consulting Call, including meeting confirmations and changes.
- To operate the funnel, maintain contact records, prevent misuse and understand which parts of the journey need improvement.
Submitting the blueprint form does not commit you to buy a product or promote SPIKE. A commercial partnership requires a separate agreement. The current guide-delivery workflow sends the requested guide; it does not subscribe you to an SMS campaign.
Services used in this funnel
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector hosts the pages, processes form submissions, stores contact records and delivers the guide email. Calendly manages appointment scheduling, and Google Calendar / Google Meet supports the booked meeting. These providers process information needed to provide their services. The booking page also presents Calendly’s own terms and privacy information.
These services may process information in countries other than your own. Their applicable data-processing arrangements govern how information is handled within those services.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The site and its service providers may process technical information such as browser details, page URLs, referral information, IP addresses and submission or booking timestamps. Necessary technologies support the requested form, calendar and consent choices.
Where Meta advertising measurement is enabled, optional advertising cookies and events are used to measure visits and successful lead submissions. Use the cookie banner to accept only essential cookies or choose optional categories. Declining optional advertising tracking does not prevent you from requesting the guide or booking through the direct Calendly link.
Retention and your choices
Contact and enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to provide the requested service, handle the partnership discussion and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction or deletion of your information using the address below. Some records may need to be retained where applicable obligations require it.
Guide emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to withdraw permission for future partnership outreach. This does not affect information already used to fulfil your earlier request.
